The number of countries that produce kosher certified products grew to 104 with the inclusion of the Gulf states of Dubai and Saudi Arabia. At Kosherfest 2017, the international presence was clearly felt with exhibits from more than a dozen nations including Israel, Canada, Argentina, Peru, Sri Lanka, Japan, Mexico, the UK, Spain, Italy, and South Africa among others.
